At Reef Envy, we feel that the livestock's health is number one priority. We are very meticulous in the way we pack and ship, we do this to insure our quality specimens arrive to their final destination in tip top shape!

All livestock is shipped FedEx priority overnight which ensures delivery by 10:30 am the next business day. Although this might cost us more than other shipping methods, it ensures less stress on the livestock. Shipping is a flat rate of $45 and included in that price is the insulated foam lined shipping box, packing materials, and Heat packs/Cold packs if needed!
There is no Additional Box Charge!

*Hold for Pickup at FedEx*
Hold for pickup simply means that FedEx will hold your Reef Envy order at the desired FedEx location; where you could go and pick up the package and avoid the extra time it takes for the courier to deliver the package to your door. We highly recommend "Hold for pickups" as the package will be kept away from extreme temperatures inside the delivery truck.

We only suggest having the package held for pickup, since this might not be convenient.

To find a pickup location near you please call 1-800 GoFedEx (1-800 463-3339) and they will gladly help you find the nearest pickup location near you. Note that not all fedex drop off locations are pick up locations so we suggest you call and find out with FedEx.

If you decide that you'd like to pick up your package at FedEx Please note so in the comments box during the checkout process and provide the address of your preferred FedEx pickup facility. Otherwise it will just be delivered straight to your door.

*Saturday Delivery*
We can offer Saturday delivery is you are unable to accept or pick up your order on weekdays. FedEx charges a fee of $12.50 for Saturday delivery, that will be in addition to the flat rate of $45. If you qualify for Free Shipping, the shipping remains free however you will need to pay for the FedEx Saturday delivery fee.

All of our livestock is guaranteed to Arrive-Alive!

To be eligible for the guarantee we must be notified and receive a digital photo within 4 hours of Delivery time according to the FedEx tracking number.

If you should have any problem with an item, we can credit you towards a future order. Shipping charges will not be covered and we can not credit you for shipping charges. In some cases we might ask that you return the Dead on arrival specimen via Priority mail!
